Now tagless for your comfort.

(The one point where I find myself violently disagreeing with him is that he takes his kids to as many different churches as possible so they can get exposed to different religious ideas. Which is fine if you're an atheist with a Christian background, but not really helpful to anyone trying to raise a family of secular Jews.)

I'll look that up, Jessica. Thanks. I actually did this when I was in high school. I started attending every single religious observance I could find, including Buddist prayer meetings to research for myself.

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

Boneless Chicken Ranch totally took me to "Best Little Whorehouse" place and made me think "Kind of a waste," so if I have any thought on parenting stuff, you probably don't want them. I have to say, though, the death conversation was one where my dad really did step up. Maybe one out of a million, but I've gotta give him points on it.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

On the other hand, I've heard a few stories about kids who were told this and then totally freaked out about going to sleep for weeks afterwards because they were afraid they wouldn't wake up. So I guess it depends on where your kid's mind tends to go with things like that.

I still regress to this when anxiety sets in. Not often, but it does happen.

I've just started watching the exhibition skating. Based on Joannie's performance, I'm assuming some of them change their music last minute. I didn't realize you could do that.

I was going to get up early. But then I went back to bed. And then I woke up and read in bed. I think I'll go to the pool now and pretend some of the million things I did yesterday, I did today.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

For the exhibition?

Love that Davis and White skated to the bluesy down tempo version of "Billie Jean."

I'm assuming that's David Cook, but again why aren't they saying?

The death conversation makes me laugh remembering how for a long time my niece went around randomly announcing matter-of-factly that "Gramps died." She spent a lot of time in the hospital with us.

Yes. I mean, I assume you have to get permission to use the music, so I would think it had to be planned. Of course, I have no doubt that they could have arranged it last minute with Dion, given her story.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

New babysitter coming over for a couple of get to know each other hours. Fingers crossed. Mac and I have role-played how things should go. Of course we role-played using polemon figures, but whatever works. Mac is starting to do well acting out real life situations with the figures to come to terms with things.

Oh, rights-wise. It might be something she uses sometimes or knew she might like to use and already has permission. Or maybe they don't need permission? Not sure how that works. Barb likely knows.

And, yeah, I can hardly see Celine saying 'no'.
