My hair now has too many textures for me to get it all trimmed to the same length. And I'm beginning to envy guys with good edging.
But making an appointment? That's counter to my whole being. Hmm.

Nah. There are way cheaper options in town, like UCB/iO or various small shows. LA is bursting with standups -- I saw the best standup set of my life in a friend's living room for free.
Yeah, I tried the Black Folks Hair salon finder--lists two places, poorly, neither actually near me. The Black Barbershop health outreach program seems a strange angle to go in with, but it's an angle. I just can't work out how to make it give me a geographical list of barbers.
Well, as long as you're keeping track of the comedy and Bob Bob's on the philosophy I feel good about the next decade.
