'Objects In Space'

Goodbye and Good Riddance 2009: So long and thanks for all the fish.

Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Christmukkah, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering. Oh, and 2009? Don't think we've forgotten about you

Hah. I love Deena's DB form and it is definitely exhaustive. She rocks for being the keeper of it.

I actually sent a modifed form of the list out to both siblings and their families. It was very helpful to be able to pick out things without a specific list. And now I have info for future reference.

Bought the last things for the giftee. Gift will be sent tomorrow. I guess it'll arrive in the first few days of Janurary.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

I'm slow, but Perkins sent me an awesome gift! Chocolates from Trader Joe's, a Timmy the Monkey from ThinkGeek with a tiny t-shirt that says "I heart my Geek", a set of Office Monkeys (desk toys of monkeys in little office wear), and a Reinvent Love necklace (Panic at the Disco merchandise).

Thanks so much Perkins!

edited for faily typing first time round

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I had fun picking everything out, plus there is a story!

Because I don't know much about the bandom other than Cobra Starship is fun in concert, I enlisted Amy's help in picking out something from the Fueled by Ramen web site. I threw in a Cobra t-shirt for myself, because they were on sale. When I got the other stuff, it turned out that Fueled by Ramen had thrown in a hoodie as a gift.

A Cobra Starship hoodie, to be exact.

At first I thought, hey, that's even somewhat understated for a Cobra thing. [link]

Then I turned it over. [link]

Also, it confused the cats.

Both of them. [link] Not just the dumb one. [link]

(The hoodie is now with Juliana, its proper owner, because even though I think it is awesome, I don't think I can pull it off, so I wouldn't wear it.)

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Hee. Love the Cobra hoodie.

Because books.

(I love the way Perkins says "the bandom".)

Our wings are not tired.

That's awesome, Perkins!

I ordered Aims' special giftie from a place that won't send it to the non-billing address. So it has to come here, and then get sent out again. I am so excited!

I know what I want to get you, and will hopefully have it ordered by tomorrow!! SO EXCITED!!

Thrive to spite them

I'm sitting on the floor watching my brother put together some of Evander's riding toys. My dad got Evander a Caterpiller front loader riding toy, Mom got him a little red wagon, and from my SIL side there was a surprise Retro Radio Flyer riding toy.

Things have been going slow with the front loader assembly because the directions are in German and the pictures aren't as helpful as they could be.
