Amy, with the hat looking more blue-ish rather than purple in the pictures, it really shows out your (beautiful) eyes, so even if the pictures don't do the color justice, they still have their advantage.
Anne, it's not the first fruit-of-your-talent that I was lucky enough to see, and I always love the way it looks not just lovely, but effortless - like it's natural for you to create such nice things.
The hat is gorgeous. I looked and looked for bags under your eyes, and couldn't find them at all.
I am at home until the 24th, then away till the 26th. Then off again on the 28th until Jan 7th. But the post office will keep parcels. And I assume I haven't been sent any hamsters (tho' I wouldn't say no).

I'll be gone from Dec. 22-26. Amyth, who will be watching my cat, will surely rescue any packages that are sitting forlornly on my porch, but if there's a hamster in one of them the cat will probably open it before I get back.
