Hee. I do like the way babies look at that age. A bit crinkly.
So, our news of the morning. We discovered that the spider who'd set up residence at the base of the shower was a redback. Not really the fauna you want to find in your house.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

This slayed me with the cuteness.
billytea, please tell me you evicted it with prejudice (meaning at the bottom of a heavy boot).
Nasty evil spider! I bet it doesn't even eat scorpions.
Shanie is such a cute cranky baby!
OMG that after bath picture killed me

Pretty much. Redbacks aren't aggressive - you pretty much need to shove a finger into their nest to get bitten, and even then with their relatively weak fangs, you'll most likely be unharmed - but it's still not a risk we're willing to take with a nearly mobile baby in the house.

Not so much, though they can take small lizards if they get caught in their web.
Spider shoulda stayed outdoors, then she would have been fine. Small requiem, but no venomous critters inside is a very good rule.
Shanie is adorable. I love the babytoes picture, nom! I love the baby and mom tandem sleeping event, too.
Oh, dear, he looks extremely displeased after his bath.
Shanie is unbelievably cute!!! I can't believe how big he is already.
BABY! CUTIE BABY!
I have just discovered the number one reason why I shouldn't get cable. I'm watching the premier of the latest Lifetime movie. It's like crack!
