Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sometimes, being an anal-retentive Virgo really pays off.Barb, may I tag?

Nasty headache that is 17 hours and counting. Ditched most plans for day. Treating with water, ibuprofen, darkness, lying flat and meditation cd.
Oh smonster, that's all you need. Do you have access to an emergency Good Drugs stash? It is at this point, imho, one breaks out a squirrled away percocet.

lcat, hello! Did I miss a de-lurk or name change from you? Or am I just suffering from skippy-skimmy-middle-of-the-night-pacing-dog daftness?
Regardless, Hi! I welcome your pixels to my awareness! It's nice to meet you.

Hubby just poked his head in and declared "Vampire potato beetles!" then left.
"What?" I said after a moment.
"It just wandered through my brain."
That man is Golden (Pooh case!)

I'm thinking I'm going to take a Tylenol with codeine and hit the sack. Night, Bitches.
Nooooow we're talkin', smonster.

Just got back from lunch at the mall. So far, Shanie does well on short outings. He us plumping up nicely, too. Weighs 10 lbs, 1 oz as of yesterday!
Oh beautiful boy!
Jesus had two dads.
BWAH HAH HAH HA HAAAAAAAAAAA
Give Dallas a hug for me, Trudy.

I've cried enough in real life. I don't want to cry over entertainment. Screw catharsis.
This.
I'm sorry, Trudy. Dallas is a classy dog.
Oh, she is adorable, Trudy. I believe Amyth is managing her small dog's arthritis with glucosamine and some pain killers, and the dog's still trucking around without a lot of pain. I hope you'll be able to keep Dallas around a while longer in decent shape.
If I may... [link]
Stylin'!
Meanwhile, in my neck of the woods: Ryan has his first tooth! Thank you, we're very proud. I'd like to thank the element calcium for making it all possible. In other news, it's surprisingly difficult to keep a straight face when singing lullabies to a small boy who wants to play peekaboo with the blankie.
My other news: I had a job interview on Friday. One of my lecturers from last semester recommended me. I managed to get through the interview without embarrassing myself. It's a small investment firm, doing essentially what my old firm did. They want someone to build asset models for them, which is pretty much my area of expertise. Oh, and they want someone part-time, which is exactly what I'm looking for while I'm doing my Masters.
I'm pretty sure I've found myself a new job. I'm just waiting to find out they intend to pay me in snowglobes and a shiny button.

That's good to hear. Thanks.
And in important news: An aftershock shifted things just right for a cell signal to get through and 60 people are alive in a collapsed grocery store. Some of them have been able to reach food. A hose has been gotten in to the five people a salvage crew was already on the scene rescuing.
{{{Trudy & Dallas}}} You're a good doggy mama.
Glad my tag gave you a good laugh - cracked me up when I saw it on my lgbt parenting board.
