Do you know what else has blood in it? Blood.

Spike ,'Sleeper'

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

As for the nail color (China Glaze Atlantis), at two coats it looked like sparkly Aquafresh. Oh hell no. It's better at three coats but I will be using it as an overlay.

The douchebags were epically douchey. The dance floor was *not* crowded and all and yet the little fuckers would not stop bumping into us. And none of them could dance and the dj was a shitty mixer and segueing too fast. And yet b/c it was me and Vortex, we managed to tear it up and have a good time anyway.

The theatre was awesome. Gorgeous space and very yummy food. I had the seasonal salad: butternut squash, apples, and toasted pecans on greens, topped with a maple apple cider bourbon dressing. We got yummy Thai for dinner, and then I decided I wanted dessert. They were out of the double chocolate apricot cranberry cookies, baked in house. So instead I had a chocolate mousse tart with a chocolate graham crust and an interstitial layer of caramel and walnuts. ZOMG SO GOOD.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I bought Atlantis BECAUSE it looked like kid's toothpaste.

Though Blue Sparrow is better for when I want the Kid's Crest look. Err.

Yeah. This explains the hundreds of bottles, doesn't it?

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I also bought China Glaze Watermelon Rind and Dorothy Who?

I'm gonna need a bigger box. ::sigh:: I was trying to follow a "one in, one out" polish rule but I think that's fallen by the wayside.

And now I'm off to bed, too.

eta oh, and KBD sent a passive aggressive email via another email address that I forwarded unread to Vortex and she summarized for me. The subject line was "Are you trying to make me suffer for no reason?" Shit like that is why I had to do it this way. I tell him it's over and he wants to discuss it. He's like Gigolo Brad in Extract.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Sounds like KBD and P_C's mom could share notes. Not that anyone would benefit from that kind of meeting of the minds....

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I just got an interview request from a job that I didn't even apply for. I think I'm going to deny it, though -- it's in Lebanon.

Are you trying to make me suffer for no reason?"

No, dear. Your suffering is for a good reason - smonster's freedom from your bs. I can't speak for anyone else, but I think it is a good reason for you to suffer.

{{{{smonster}}}}

Yeah, Hil, that just sounds iffy.

Always Anti-fascist!

"I want space, without you in it." Or you could do what Ari Gold would do and hit him with a paintball.

I don't know if any one else will be able to recall the specific dress I mean, but that glorious turquoise silk dress at eShakti.com with the beaded collar that I was so enchanted by last spring, it's not only not in their regular stock any more, but they have taken down their archive collection, where it was still available for a while. It was a beautiful dress. Nothing they have now compares for luminosity. I wanted it, kept hoping it would still be available for if/when I had the $100+ to get it done to my measurements. It's made me sad enough to cry over it. And now Daniel thinks I'm nuts.
