J is definitely too cute for his jammies! sj, is he the one that had heart problems? How's he doing?
Yes, he is. He's doing great!

Aww! J is such a little cutie! Glad to hear he's doing well.
Dishes conquered, lunch has commenced. Sadly salad w/ seared tuna is not as tasty next day.
ND and Pix, great wedding invitations! Mine just arrived.
I have been sitting here all day waiting for TCG's anniversary gift to arrive from FedEx, and it has probably been out there all morning, but they didn't ring the bell. Now I need to decide if that one extra gift I want to get him is worth going out in the snow for.
Ugh. I am trying to power through a sinus headache. I realized that last night, in the throes of said headache, I bought regular strength sinus meds instead of extra strength (and no psuedoephedrine because the pharmacy was closed). So, only 650 mg of pain reliever, which is NOT ENOUGH for my monster sinues.
Buffista druggies, is it better to add 500mg of acetominophen (for a total of 1150mg) or add a 220mg Aleve?

What typically works better at zapping your sinus headaches?
I've never tried the aleve, but the maximum strength (1000 mg of acetominophen) works great. There's just been so much craziness about taking too much acetominophen, I just thought that maybe the aleve would be better.
Take the acetaminophen, then, but if possible, don't take any more today (or at least for 6-8 hours).
thanks! I managed to find some pseudoephedrine, so I'm taking that with 1000 mg of acetominophen (basically what I'd get in the maximum strength cold pill), so I'm good for now, I think.
I hope that combo works on your headache, Vortex.
Well, mixed results on my errands. I did find a couple of little items to round out my Secret Santa gift, but there was a line of cars waiting to get into the PO parking lot. Uh, no. I'll just have to try again. Maybe I'll leave work a bit early?
Uggh. Have lost momentum. Must get back to work.
smonster - if you can get your gifts into one of those pre-paid boxes, you can pay for and print the postage out at home and have your regular postal guy pick it up at your house. Or, I imagine you have scales at work that you can weigh a non-USPA box on and do the same pay and print with the postage and avoid the PO altogether.
