Ugh, that's awful, Kristin. Buckets of safe luggage~ma!
'The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco'
Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
What is this, the official childhood photos Christmas? Mom brought five or six albums to my brother's house on the 25th. Wishing yours (& your Mom's luggage) a safe (and quick) trip to your house, Kristin.
Kristin, may the luggage and photos show up safely.
There was more pee on the bare floor, so suspicion now falls on my roomie's cat. I know I have you all on tenterhooks, here.
It's not late at all, but I think I have post-holiday exhaustion setting in, so I shall head to bed. Besides, I got in trouble again last week for being late to work, so I need to do all I can to be on time.
Night, y'all.
Beth, so glad she was found. Hope all is well with the family.
Luggage ~ma! Yikes.
About to head in to work. Mmm fun! Strike of A Christmas Carol. Joy. Rapture. ugg. but I did have a wonderful nearly 3 days off, hiding from the cold, staying inside, watching videos. A nice Star Wars marathon, and Farscape one too.
Hooray for safe returns and luggage~ma for the Pixmom.
Cashmere, it's supposed to search for an access point. I think you're supposed to select Access Point then there are more options. Only when I select Access Point it immediately says No Access Point Found! and there aren't any other options I can figure out.
The manual, as far as I could tell, has no instructions on what to do if No Access Point Found! comes up.
askye, check that your router is broadcasting its SSID. That lets other devices detect it automatically.
dcp, for the save. I had to put the kids to bed, askye, but I strongly suggest working through the settings on your router to troubleshoot.
Hello, Bitches. Happy Last Week of the Year to everyone!
Holiday was good, 'twas the second family gathering in two months with zero drama, it's amazing. Since the two nieces declared their undying hatred of each other, all drama has ceased; they are entirely civil and even bought each other appropriate and fun presents. Youngest niece wants to move out of state but has no job prospects anywhere. (She is like me: lots of talent and education; zero ambition or interest in a definable career.) Oldest niece has found True Love again, I think this is True Love #6. Luckily this one seems both mentally and financially stable. She is happy and nice when she's being adored, so we are grateful to T.L.#6 as long as he lasts. There was food and napping and presents; my sister and I gave each other 32" LCD HDTVs, and mine is sitting here now in its box, waiting for me to get the courage to hook it up.
Also, my sister gave me a haircut - I said "short" and that's what she did. There's less than an inch at the nape of my neck. It's perky and cute. No idea what it'll look like in a month, but for now, I like it.
2009 was the best year of the decade for me. Looking forward to 2010!
