Anyway, if they continue to refuse to give us seats I can actually get to, we're a) going to request the aisle wheelchair to get to the toilet every fifteen minutes during the flight, and b) sue the pants off them when we get home.
I just read something about a blind woman who was not allowed on a Quantas flight because they refused to allow her guide dog on board. (This was in Australia, so not subject to American laws.) After being stranded for a day with no lodging or transportation or food for the dog, she was allowed on a flight.
After lodging a complaint, Quantas was all, "Sorry, that shouldn't have happened." Uh. Quantas would be paying all of my bills from that trip, is all I'm saying.
