I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration
I finally figured out that I could make and freeze the turkey potpie filling separately from the crust, rather than assembling everything and freezing whole pies. That took a lot longer to reason out than it might have. But now I have filling in the freezer and will get some crusts made this week sometime, most likely.
