And almost sixty-five percent of that was actual compliment. Is that a personal best?

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Heaps and tons of health ~ma for Drew. May the solution so itself soon, and may the fix be easy.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Help! I need a Jew!

R has requested sour cream and cottage cheese for lunch some time. Her Mother used to make it for her. "I was raised on it."

Sounds delish. I'm in. Googling it, however, has proved to be problematic.

What do we think 50/50? Anything on the side?

I asked her what other foods her mother made that she liked. "Spagetti, with tomato sauce, but the Jewish way, not the Italian way."

This is fairly ungoogleable as well.

(It may just be she's considering things her mom made "Jewish". This is entirely possible.)

I have loved the stars too fondly to be fearful of the night.

Trudy She may be thinking of a dish we called Hungarian noodles which was a combination of noodles, cottage cheese and sour cream, sometimes with bacon or chopped ham. It is one of those things that you just eyeballed so I don't have recipe but there is probably one on the Internet somewhere.

Be forewarned - it looks fairly disgusting but was classic comfort food since it was quick and we always had those ingredrients

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

Remember that work on the nearby rail bridge I said was going on this week? It's been unexpectedly quiet, so we almost forgot about it. Earlier this evening, it appears the crew working on the bridge hit a gas main. We were having dinner at a nearby pizza place, and weren't allowed back in for two hours. They've just let me back slightly before they should have done because I needed to get at medication.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Yikes! No exploratory surgery for Drew! (Well, of course, unless it would solve the problem.) So I guess what I mean is: no ailing innards that will necessitate surgery, exploratory or otherwise!

My mother just emailed my sister and me to tell us that she'd ordered this headband for both of us. [link] That's an $82 headband with a giant bow on the side of the head.

That's...an expensive piece of fabric. Pretty, though.

I'm pretty sure the classic Jewish version did not have bacon or ham. Though in our house lots of Jewish dished did end up with pork added.

You know, I vehemently dislike August 2010. I would like to register a complaint.

Our wings are not tired

Right now I'm mainly bored. Feeling fine now. Waiting on test results. Waiting to see the next step.

The nice police lady did let me sit in her police car for a while. Though I would have been happier if it had been PC Barry.

“Not dead yet!”

You know, I vehemently dislike August 2010. I would like to register a complaint.

I'm hoping for an improvement roundabout next Wednesday. Although my mother will be here visiting. Um, happy birthday to me?

ION, Lewis has been building me a new website. Although building is perhaps not the right word. We're using an existing WordPress template and he's creating new graphics for it. I'm hoping to have it go live in another few weeks so I can start building up to the book's release, but anyone interested in viewing the early stages, it's here (and I LOVE it!): [link]

The graphics are mostly complete-- We just need to create the individual pages and insert content. I'm gonna have to write a new bio. I hate writing about myself. Anyone wanna do that for me?
