I'm thinking about buying something very expensive. Maybe an antelope.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I think I gotta go Dale.

move out and draw fire

Morrison looks like a nice fun guy, Dale looks like he'd cut a bitch.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Why is my cat's tummy rumbly for three days when his food has not changed? This is the same cat that I took to the emergency vet when he was listless and it turned out he had ... a stomachache. At least I think that's what "gastritis" is. He is not listless now, he's acting normal, but I can hear his stomach rumbling from a foot away. And he had diarrhea once. I am such a crazy person. Should I worry?

What is even happening?

Both.

(Oh man, that was an answer to Scrappy, not to Zenkitty.)

So, raq, Dale then?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Acting normal? I'd not go for the emergency vet yet, personally.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Well, more good news for the family Booth.

Aunt B, who's mother is the reason I'm in Florida, met with the big shot surgeon she traveled to see today and he's going to operate to remove the tumor. This is phenominally good news because a month ago it was pronounced inoperable.

It's pretty heavy surgery and pretty dangerous, but as of now her death sentence is on hold. We're all pretty amazingly relieved even though there is still ways to go.

In sad news, Cousin C succumed to his cancer. He was a professor and there will be a memorial service for him once the school year starts again. Hopefully I will be home for it.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Oh, Sean, FYI, my old job has an opening in sound.

I know. I am not available for the next month or so. For most of the last year, whenever SCR has had work, it has always been when I've already had a gig booked. Or am about to leave the country. Or something like that.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

My condolences to you and yours, Trudy. But I'm glad to hear of the good change about the tumor. I hope that that news continues to be good and she recovers swiftly.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Ah, Trudy. Some good and some bad. It can be exhausting.

Man, it's a good thing I can't throttle someone via Facebook wall. I mean, when you counter the cultural center with this?

I just found out that in order to purchase a shotgun, I AM REQUIRED to buy a cable lock as well and wait 10 days. And I can't even purchase an assault rifle. Why doesn't your side fight for my rights? Where's my justice? Where's my freedom?

BOO HOO HOO LET ME DRY MY TEARS WITH MY PLASTIC HAND.

...aww, crap, I can hear Sam Jackson reciting Ezekiel in my head again.
