Now, this would be the perfect time for a swear word.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

ION, something is scurrying around in my walls. Mia has been prairie dogging and staring at the noises, so I know it's not just me.

Yup, I've got something too. It's underneath my bedroom closet. Probably raccoons. I know I should call my landlady, but I don't want to deal with an exterminator right now. I know raccoons and squirrels are pests, but I still don't want a fledgling family destroyed. (it doesn't sound like rats - too heavy.)

I guess I'm the only one awake.

I got an e-mail from ThinkGeek. It was advertising this: [link]

I wonder if it would work with this: [link]

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Nah, I'm still awake although I shouldn't be.

The ThinkGeek site claims it works with *any* telescope but I'd check with them to be sure. Man, that Galileoscope links makes me wistful. We made a version of those in my high school Astronomy class. I kept mine. Somewhere along the line, my mom threw it out. *sad face*

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

eek, Pix. Here's hoping it finds its way out.

I am overly suggestible. I see a plate of cookies on tv and immediately require input of cookies. less than an hour after a large bowl of pasta with homemade pesto (i think i used too much garlic again) and oodles of fresh tomatoes from a friend's garden. it was nommy and very filling and did not require subsequent cookies.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Teppy, I'm sorry I didn't chime in earlier, but I've been thinking about you and your family and wishing I know something better to say than that.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Steph, I'm glad the funeral went well. My thoughts are with you and Tim.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

My brain has decided to PLAN EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD right now . all my usual tricks aren't working. Bah. I have stuff to do tomorrow - but the odds of my brain being useful keep dropping

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

That was me! I am going into work early so I can leave early and I hope go to bed early.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Thinking of you and Tim, Steph.

My uncles took pictures at my grandma's funeral last fall. I ended up annoyed that I'd forgotten my camera and my iPhone.
