Inara: Who's winning? Simon: I can't tell. They don't seem to be playing by any civilized rules that I know.

'Bushwhacked'

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Alright, planning my trip. Toying with driving a more wesern route... coming down the blue ridge mountains doesn't really add any time to the trip.

I can't give you a meal in a Giant Hat, but I'd love to see you! My kitties can deal with your doggie for one night; they can use the excitement.

Our wings are not tired.

I drove up 81 this year after visiting my cousin in western NC. It was a nice smooth ride.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

I think I would have to try the Sex in Space to have an informed opinion.

Okay Laura, let's go get on the shuttle....

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Happy birthday, Scrappy!!!! The bracelet is beautiful. Your husband does indeed have good taste, but we knew that already. (see: his wife.)

Happy Birthday, Scrappy!!!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Trudy, will you be driving back or flying back?

Probably driving back, but nothing is certain.

If its far enough in the future, I might just make a road trip of it and visit 'ffistas on the way home.

Our wings are not tired.

Well I need to get in better shape before I try and talk my way on to a space shuttle. Headed out the door for a woodsy walk. It is only 63 out with a high of only 67 forecast today. Whee! Have to take advantage of the cool temps before heading home. My SIL wants to do a marathon with me next January and I am seriously not in shape.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I hate to be language police, but could we not use "tards" as a part of derogatory constructions, please? It's really ugly and insensitive

You know what's weird? When I first saw "fucktard" I thought it was a derivation from bastard, not retard. It took someone objecting to it for me to learn different.

Which is a damned shame, because I liked it that way.

Of course, you have to feel for the bastards too...
