Xander: I do have Spaghetti-os. Set 'em on top of the dryer and you're a fluff cycle away from lukewarm goodness. Riley: I, uh, had dryer-food for lunch.

'Same Time, Same Place'

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

That's awful, Steph!

Twitter seems to be down. Both iPhone and laptop browser show error.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Douchetards, Steph.

Ugh. Wanna I should punch 'em in the nads?

Our wings are not tired.

I really shouldn't watch daytime TV.

Step away from the daytime TV. Or at least watch soaps or Ellen or something.

Since I am working at home for the summer I am totally into the soaps again. They are easy to have on in the background because you don't have to really pay attention or anything. Then Ellen comes on, but apparently reruns from some time in winter.

I have SyFy on now. Stargate reruns.

Indeed. Early SG-1. Good stuff.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

if you and Tim don't count as each other's family, I don't know many couples that would pass the test.

This.

What a bunch of douchebuckets you work with, Tep. I'm sorry. You deserve so much better (and you have it, at home, with such an abundance of love; I just wish the people you spend your workdays with could manage to hork out one lousy crumb of basic human decency to tide you over in between all the Tim times).

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Last night after Tim and I got home, his dad called, and after talking to Tim for a few minutes, Tim handed me the phone. "He said he needs to talk to you," Tim said.

His dad proceded to tell me how much he appreciated me, and my sense of humor, and how much I was willing to do to help out, and how it just made him happy when he looked into my eyes, like it does when he looks into [other daughter-in-law]'s eyes. And he said, "I don't want to belabor the point or keep you up past your bedtime, but I was just thinking about it, and I thought I'd better tell you while it was still in my brain."

I'm good. I know his family thinks of me as family. And it's sad that my co-worker is so closed-minded to think I can't be family because of legalities. What a sad, narrow worldview.

Damn allergies.
