"Children of the Gods" episode! Woot for pilot episode.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Last night after Tim and I got home, his dad called, and after talking to Tim for a few minutes, Tim handed me the phone. "He said he needs to talk to you," Tim said.
His dad proceded to tell me how much he appreciated me, and my sense of humor, and how much I was willing to do to help out, and how it just made him happy when he looked into my eyes, like it does when he looks into [other daughter-in-law]'s eyes. And he said, "I don't want to belabor the point or keep you up past your bedtime, but I was just thinking about it, and I thought I'd better tell you while it was still in my brain."
I'm good. I know his family thinks of me as family. And it's sad that my co-worker is so closed-minded to think I can't be family because of legalities. What a sad, narrow worldview.

Damn allergies.
That's very sweet of your father-in-love, Tep.
How wonderful Steph. Now that's a dad worth having.
In RE Stargate. Loves me some SG-1. Hulu has all 10 seasons...not that I'm suggesting anyone spend that much time thre, but, hey...obsession loves company.
Oh Steph.
*sniff*
Yeah...I think I'm going to sit here in my cube sniffling for a minute.
We know well that family has nothing to do with paperwork and legalities. It is lovely to hear that you are a part of a family that loves and appreciates you, Teppy.
Go Teal'c! There are some episodes that I have seen so many times and yet still have to watch when they happen to be on SciFi again. This is one of them.
I think I've only seen this once. And I was wondering why Teal'c was in his old uniform. I remembered the escape scene, but not earlier in the episode.
Well, and what made it extra sweet was that he's a fairly taciturn guy. All the men in the family are rather Oz-like in their lack of chatty-ness. So it means a lot to me that he called to say that.
