Lorne: Back in Pylea they used to call me "sweet potato." Connor: Really. Lorne: Yeah, well, the exact translation was "fragrant tuber" but…

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Teppy, I'm glad you will both be getting a better night's sleep tonight.

You want me to e-mail you my address?

Yes, Seska, if you do, then I have a prayer of actually getting this posted on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I am so glad, Teppy! I am sure he will sleep better next to you.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

Thinking of you and the Boy, Teppy. (And I can relate to the conflict over feeling selfish and not wanting to inflict your own needs on someone who has far too much else going on.)

For the shorter people among us, the shoulder strap on those tends to dig into the neck and chin rather than going across the shoulder.

I've been meaning to get something like this to help with that. Car journeys are uncomfortable for me anyway - this would help with one problem there! But I always, always wear a seatbelt. Back or front seat. I've had a couple of small accidents that could have been major ones without a seatbelt.

Insent, Andi.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Happy Birthday, Deena!

And Good for Boy! It's admirable to want to be there 24/7, but taking the occasional break means he'll be able to help a lot more down the road.

Always Anti-fascist!

Hey, Deena, happy birthday. My brother is too busy campaigning to be all angsty about his this year...total bonus. Who says politics never accomplishes anything?
