Doesn't winter seem more like archiving season?

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Last morning of camp for the summer! YAY.

M goes back to PA next weekend, which is sad, but no camp next week, so we can have lazy pancake mornings with cartoons, followed by fun pool and zoo time.

His mom reminded him that next week is his last week this morning and he was all "I don't wanna leave!" POUT.

Does it make me a bad person if that makes me happy?

Our wings are not tired.

Hawaii, making out, and The Girl are all magnificent things. As are pleasantly acknowledged conversations about privilege in airports. And cookies. Better pain management for sj would be magnificent, too.

What she said!

It is cold and rainy here today, and hot and rainy at my home. I think cold and rainy is better. Socks and a flannel shirt have made it all good.

Dry socks after a wet day is simple yet exquisitely pleasurable. Almost my favorite part of any camping trip.

Not at all. I think it means you're turning into a really good stepmom.

Compassionately intolerant

I had the most delightful conversation with M last night...we share a love of the 'saur.

I can say, from empirical evidence, Erin is an awesome stepmom.

I hope so. I think I did pretty good for my first time out of the gate!

Even though I let him play with "explosives" and fed him nachos and cake, and let him watch cartoons and play video games....wait, no, I AM awesome!

Excellent plan! You're paying the postage, though.

Deal.
