Hil, that sounds great. In my old Long Beach neighborhood, there was a house like that, but not as nice. I walked past it a lot, drooling. It came on the market for a ton, and then I stopped drooling for it. Your new digs sounds awesome. Love the stained glass. And washer/dryer is KING!
