Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Did I tell y'all that we're taking Shane to Comic-Con next week? I think we might be completely insane.

Not at all! If he were three, I'd tell you you're insane. But in his current portable state, I say go for it!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Did I tell y'all that we're taking Shane to Comic-Con next week?

Oh! We should meet up somehow! Er, I have a tentative schedule clusterfuck.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Seattleistas, have any of you been to this tea festival. It sounds kind of interesting.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Oh, and one of the committee members said that mine was one of the better-written dissertations he'd seen. (Except for the fact that I misspelled "philosophy" on the first page in "doctor of philosophy.")

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

What costume will he be wearing?

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Thanks, Cash! It is helpful to hear from another mom that it's not a totally wacky idea. I predict that he'll be into it for an hour or two (he likes to people watch, just like his Mama) and then we'll have to take him out, which is cool with me.

P-C, I'm not sure it'll happen as I don't know how baby will handle it until we get there. We're also planning on waaaaayyy scaling back our attendance due to having the little nipper along. I'm bummed to be missing the Spartacus panel this year!

not your mom's socks.

HOORAY DR HIL!

Let's get the pitchforks and the torches for your advisor. Who's with me!

I'm in.

He won't be in costume this year, but he does have a Batman t-shirt, a Star Wars onesie, and some Paul Frank gear that we'll be putting him in. Geek baby! It's so hot that I didn't feel right putting him in a costume. But it won't be long before he wants to! So exciting! I can't wait to see what kind of geek he'll be!
