My dinner was my first ever visit to Chik-Fil-A. For some reason, people here really love it, but I was underwhelmed.
Maybe you have to be raised on it to love it. I love it like whoa (born and raised in the South). DW gagged and spit it out when I took her there. I was in shock!
I have yet to try Ckik-fil-a as well. Fast Food Chicken doesn't excite me. I like chicken, but.. I dunno. I'm trying to reduce my fast food intake in general, so, it's easy to reduce by not trying something new.
It was good chicken, but the spicy chicken sandwich didn't come with mayo, just a pickle! Huh?
It was ok.
I like them.
Good fries too.
Around here, they are a mall food-court choice...maybe they just looked like a less-frightening alternative at first, but...
that makes sense. Mayo is nasty, vile stuff.
:: ducks and covers, and wonders if mayo is the new cilantro ::
YOU ARE WRONG LIKE A WRONG THING, BUCKO.
it's not the new cilantro? Whew. Then there will be no debate.

Welcome to the South. Even if it's just the metaphorical South.
Beth, Northern Exposure is the first show I was ever a fangirl geek about. I took Maggie's picture into my stylist and everything.
Ha! Me too. I had the Maggie haircut for a while. It`s funny how it`s such an issue in the show, how her mom thinks it`s too "mannish" and all that, and today that`s a really mild, feminine cut.
