Buffy ,'Get It Done'
Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Oh noes, that makes me so sad, Jilli. I was worried that she might close up shop after she discontinued the foundation. Wah!
She sounds so brokenhearted.
Project Bring Andi to Minnesota commenced.
I wish I remembered the drive more clearly. I was so totally wiped out from packing and saying farewell to my Arizona peeps. I just wasn't awake, even when my eyes were open.
Kristin, I like the sound of that email from Posey's foster mom. What a great doom.
Andi, what a great idea!
Wait, what? Did I just make a project for myself? If we were to undertake such an undertaking, how would we collect our collective wisdom?
Why, a new thread of course. One in the right side tab on the Message Center, over with COMM(a). I think you have a perfect idea to open lightbulbs with! Let the thread/no thread wars begin!
(yes, I need time off, and better forms of entertainment. I promise to take the next few days off).
Hey omnis, without looking at the boxes, D ended up putting the DVDs in a box that said "DVDs" and the books in a box that said "books". Freaky, huh?Ha! Clearly the gods of packing are with you. That is too funny.

That might be a way to collect the good stuff, but ideally, we'd need an index so a person could easily find topics. For instance, I don't have a dog, so a lot of times I breeze right on by bonny's good dog advice. But someday I may have the time and energy that would be good for having a dog, so I'd want to refer back to what she has said.

You could threadsuck and search.
Hey, Jars, look - I actually killed the weather, in my awkward autistic-spectrum way. Oops. Sorry. (And I know that this will in no way teach me not to ask if the nice weather is going to last all summer.)
I've been trying not to use it myself now that I know its origins (I truly had no idea), but please don't judge this foster mom for using it.
You are so lovely, Kristin. (Don't worry. I think most of us know to be aware of context!) Wishing you a wonderful time with whichever puppy you get.
Less-stress~ma, smonster. I hope it gets better soon.
It's The Girl's birthday and I'm taking her out to breakfast. Then I'm off to Derby for a conference run by the 'Society, Religion and Belief' research group that I'm about to join. Sessions have such titles as 'Androgynous Adam - Feminist Midrash meets Genesis Rabbah’. I am excited. Meanwhile, my London THATCamp session has received one 'vote' on the blog. I propose things that one other person likes! *bounce* *academicbounce*
Peektures of Posey taken by her foster family are here. Let me know your user name on Flickr so I can friend you if I haven't already.
I love Posey's semi-floppy ears. GSD have such soft fur on their ears, I'll be doing a lot of virtual ear-snorgling when she comes home to you.
I know! And it's so fun to watch the second ear start to go up once the first one gets established. GS ears are awesome!
I may be a bit giddy.
She's already been well socialized, but I plan to take her everywhere to meet lots of new dogs and people, especially children. So you're all invited over!
