Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
OK it's too cold for the waterpark but there's still a rock wall, ice bar, bowling and a Two Story Wii?!!
Bowling! I need to bowl. I have ball and shoes, for goodness sakes! Just need to find time, and folks to join me, and go!
Empress, get better soon. MM, thanks for the update. Don't tell her about the prince getting thrown from a horse while playing polo today. It might upset her.
ND, yikes, I hope internet is free for you. There isn't some activity to do? Blackjack? Slot machines? Workout gym? Jogging around the mid deck? shuffleboard? Rock Wall? Teeing off the stern? Waterslide? Bar? You could play "Guess the single malt!" Food court? I hope it gets better for you soon. and I hope that all the work you were needing to do doesn't get compressed into a fraction of the time, making it that much more stressful.
ION- Recital is done, and 95% put away. Tired. Should be in bed, but was setting up BSG game for gaming thread. Yikes, first time GMing. A bit nervous. Sssssh! Don't tell the players. Don't want them to smell the fear. It will be our little secret, ok?
mwah! ok-thanks-bye-bye.
Ugh. Still nauseous and now with added! headache. Ugh.
Aims, so much better-ma to you. Food poisoning is evil.
Gronk. A rock cracked TCG's windshield on Thursday, so I am up to follow him the the repair place. Then he can take my car to work and I can begin recovering from F2F.
Happy Birthday, Hec!!! Have a great day!!!
Happy birthday, David!
Happy birthday, Hec!
Thank you! To use Matilda's highest address of affection, you are all "little sweeties."
Happy Birthday, Hec.
Aims, I'm so sorry about the food poisoning. That's just the worst.
The problem with ND trying to do all of the activities is that since the ship doesn't have any port stops, the 4500 guests are all trying to share them as well. The internet isn't free, but the bigger problem is that it is So. Slow. Think dial-up slow. It also drops out unexpectedly because of the satellite uplink, and of course you can't call anyone. It really is beyond boring without any company on a ship by yourself. I think also that all the things that are fun become a lot less fun when you've been working on ships as much as he has these past couple of years. I can totally understand the cabin fever.
But ND, you will be in NYC in three days, and I get to see you for a couple days before you get stuck back on a ship again, so YAY for that!
