I enjoyed the occasional SGA mpreg—it was hardly the crackiest thing in the fandom. And the image of Sheppard walking around, muttering, "Caesarian, caesarian, totally caesarian!" made me smile.
Aside from those of parents that I know, whether online or off, I don't find babies all that interesting, so I'm not generally interested in reading fic about characters having them, whether or not they're biologically inclined to do so.
