Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shana is...a Pop Locker? When she's doing Bell Biv Devoe at a drag king show

Hah! I get very annoyed IRL when people call me Sheena. Or Shannon. Or Shawna. And I wish I could pop and lock.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

One of my favorite comic fan art thingies: [link]

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

now I'm thinking most fandoms should do Pern fusions.

Anybody else having a hard time figuring out how Dragons would shorten the name William the Bloody?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

MPreg squicks me like nothing else.

It still makes me laugh that Farscape managed to do it canonically.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

W'llem.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

So I went out on my "lunch break" to meet up with Joe and Em at the bowling alley for a little bit.

Emeline is now sitting at the intern's desk behind me, watching a Disney Princess DVD, and eating a lunch I cobbled together out of turkey, carrots, and applesauce.

I imagine if ita worked here, she would be appalled. Hee!

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

So, Plei, does anything make you hit the back button? Enquiring minds need to know.

Angel/Cordy. Doctor Who babyfic with a handful of exceptions. Couple of other things. Oh, yeah. Really crummy gen. Usually.

Plei, did you ever read that N'Sync story that was a Pern fusion?

No! I think I heard Sandy talk about it once, though.

Near canon. Interesting. I'm a delicate little flower who shies away from a lot. I envy your ovaries of steel, because I really like reading.

The mere concept of Doctor Who babyfic makes me weak with revulsion. But people will twee up anything.

What is babyfic? Fics with babies?

Yeah, I kind of discovered it was a nearly bulletproof squick the other day. Like most squicks, I attempted to get over it by reading it. But. No.

However, I'm totally down with the Rose/Martha fempreg I read. Cause that was awesome.

Honestly, the best way to get me to hit the back button is to write something sickeningly twee. I'll also make gagging sounds. And possibly recoil.

In grade 9, I used to watch Plan 9 From Outer Space daily while attempting to transcribe it. I am fascinated by things that are bad. I have to be in the right mood for it, though.

I mean, the Journey stuff? Actually really well-written. I really did find it by mistake. The author of a good SPN story had mentioned she was kind of remixing an early story she'd written. What she didn't mention was that it was in a different fanom. So I clicked the link. And wound up in her Journey archive. Who knew?
