Slash/Cash.
Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Do they discover a stash of fake moustaches in a cache?
(I've never heard "slash art" as its own term, but then again, "slash fic" as a phrase is kind of a big honking "I don't actually know anything about the stuff" sign.)
Speaking of James Franco, it's like the brief lecture his character got on Freaks and Geeks when he wanted to become a "punk rocker."
"Punk" was sufficient.
Hmmm, actually I think he called himself a "punker" and she corrected him. But same notion. Nomenclature used within a subculture often indicates belongingness or outsiderness.
Sure. Because the only acceptable use of "punk rocker" is being named Sheena. (Do we have one of those? And did she speak up in yesterday's name-song discussion in Natter? Because that's a pretty cool song to have.)
store-brand granola: I love your willingness to follow through on your epic mistakes. After all, someone has to report back about these things.
Heh. Yeah, but I'll never get back the hours I lost to the ghastly 200k+ Dean/Castiel MPreg story. Or the, umm. Other bad tags I may have clicked.
Though I still remember Occupied Riverdale (the post-apoc Archie comics story I read) with vague fondness. I mean, aside from the uber-creepy misogyny and violence against women. (It was clearly not written by one.)
It was clearly not written by one.
I am totally creeped out by the misogyny in stories that I am completely convinced are written by women. The sexual politics are so very disturbing. But, hey, self-hatred is hardly new.
So, Plei, does anything make you hit the back button? Enquiring minds need to know.
Plei, did you ever read that N'Sync story that was a Pern fusion?
that N'Sync story that was a Pern fusion?
Oh dear.
(Do we have one of those? And did she speak up in yesterday's name-song discussion in Natter? Because that's a pretty cool song to have.)
Shana is...a Pop Locker? When she's doing Bell Biv Devoe at a drag king show.
Oh dear.
Actually, now I'm thinking most fandoms should do Pern fusions. How brilliant! Also Kushiel's Dart fusions, which came to me randomly.
God, I'm bored today.
