Gunn: Well, how horrible is this thing? Lorne: I haven't read the Book of Revelations lately, but if I was searching for adjectives, I'd probably start there.

'Hell Bound'

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Hey, smonster. Want some veggies? Amyth's not splitting our share this week, as she doesn't think she can eat any of it before she leaves. I have cabbage, green onions, and, even with the addition of sauteeing, some of the summer squash that I'd love to share.

Calling you... now.

Y'all are so hardcore! I love it. We put our trash out about once a month or so. My roommate unfortunately eats a lot of fast food, and I can't really control that.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I wore a different brand of sock than usual today, and now the foot and ankle that I wear the brace on is bright red and bumpy and itchy. I'm just having a moment of, "Seriously? Socks? I can get this uncomfortable just from socks?"

did you wash them before you wore them? If not, it might be the sizing that they put in to make them look nice on the little hanger.

Yeah, I did. My best guess right now is that they're a little bit more slippery than the other brand, and so the brace, which I wear over a sock, was slipping around and rubbing against my skin.

Hil, that sucks. And I really hope you hear soon on a job! A really good one in a great place. With Jewish people, even!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

And I really hope you hear soon on a job! A really good one in a great place. With Jewish people, even!

Would you have to lob holy hand grenades at me if I said, "Amen to that!"?

Art Crawl!!!

Any buffistas with medical knowledge around?

My ortho wants me to take Glucosomine, chondroitin, MSM and vitamin c.

The problem is that he wants me to take Glucosomine Sulfate and almost ALL of the glucosomine that's available and combined with chondroitin is glucosomine HCL. The chondroitin is sulfate.

What would the difference in effectiveness be between the two different sorts of glucosomine and is the one combined with chondroitin most often HCL because the chondroitin is a sulfate?

Thanks!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

sumi, I take a formula with Glucosamine HCL, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), and hyaluronic acid. Sulfur is good for joints and skin, and the MSM has the sulfur. Hyaluronic acid is also good for joints and skin.

According to some research I've read, adding the chondroitin to the mix isn't any better.
