Who died and made you Elvis?

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

It's good to see you, -t.

-t, it is good to see your font again.

Indeed. And your comment about your tagline made me laugh.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Hey, {{-t}}!

(I feel as though I just wrote some incorrect/highly advance math formula, with all of the brackets, the minus and the factorial).

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

ION, I am old, since I am sitting here, on a Saturday night, cleaning out my old email files and renaming my teaching archives, and working on lesson plans for my summer course.

I just finished chortling over being done for a week! WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME?!

Oh, well, strike while fire is hot. I feel motivated.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

-t, it's good to see your pixels. You've been missed.

Erin, I always get my most productive spurts in the evening, too. In fact, I just finished baking up some Red Velvet cupcakes. And I balanced my checkbook. Craxyness!

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I was tapping into that, but I've hit a wall of tired. Just as well, I don't want to get too far off my weeknight schedule.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I got all productive and made some mac and cheese. I make it so often that, not only do I not need a recipe, I had it in the oven in 17 minutes from start to finish.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm cleaning/organized/weeding, and have reached the point - once again - of wanting to just throw away all the crap I own.

I am in serious pain from what ended up being like a two hour party. Ok, three hours but still. The set up and cleanup took more time than the party, and I'm not including the baking and the making decorations and so on! Yeesh. Old people. All kinds of relatives I didn't know. Amusingly, many thought I was my younger sister. Heh. Possibly because she was being large and in charge.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I got more work done today - actual work work, not home stuff or whatev - than any day this week.
