Actually, I got up, stretched, moved around a bit, and the pain is lessening. Maybe it's just in the healing stage, and the pressure from sleeping on it just aggravated the adjustment? Anyway, not going to question it. I'm assuming it's going to be okay. Thanks.

I don't like a lot of attention when I am sick. I want to whine, but if I only whine on the internet or to the cat it is ok. But I would like tea, or other liquid brought to me. I don't care if I don't want it now I will drink it at some point. I would like someone to deal with the dishes . and some one that remembers I like eggs, shakes, smoothies, and chinese food --simple stuff like fried rice and soup and steamed dumplings

Since it's a relatively new injury, Pix, you should probably be icing it and taking anti-inflammatories. You can take four ibuprofen at a time.

I do, yes, thanks for reminding me. The doctor recommended heat over cold to keep the muscle loose.
Ginger, I'm already taking 600 mg of ibuprofen on top of the muscle relaxers and tylenol with codeine. I could take one more regular advil but am trying to avoid it. The annoying thing is that I can't focus well enough to grade when I'm on the pain meds, but I can't focus well enough to grade without the meds because of the pain. Ah well. My grades aren't due until Monday at 4.
