And if Windsparrow is in any way close to the truth, call your therapist NOW.
Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I really appreciate you saying so, but I don't think that's necessarily true. Sometimes people just don't get better from things.
Well yes, but just look at those who do. VW is my shining example of a person who has struggled through unspeakable trauma and lived to fight another day. I believe you can too, truly.
The Prozac may not be the best antidepressant for you; definitely call your doctor--I don't know if I would wait until tomorrow. You may want to try another class of drugs, like Wellbutrin or Pristiq (my current wonder drug). It could be that the Prozac hasn't kicked in yet, though. At the lowest dose (and even at a higher one), it often isn't effective at all until you get up to the higher dose for at least a month.
I will say, though, that I started to feel better within a couple of weeks on the drugs that have worked the best for me.
ETA: And please, yes, listen to all the smart people here who love you and have good advice and words of comfort. And PLEASE call immediately if you are suicidal.
I need to paste this on my fridge every time I wonder how Sarah Palin is popular.
It's because she's Sarah Palin: Rogue Warrior.
{{{Sean}}} I like Fred's idea of going to a strange cafe and having a cup of tea and a muffin. Except I don't drink tea.
Oh Sean. Fred Pete, WindSparrow, and Pix are all very, very wise.
It's because she's Sarah Palin: Rogue Warrior.
Heh. I was thinking of linking to that but didn't have it handy.

What everyone said.
Oh Sean, listen to the wise people here who have been in your shoes and who care about you. Meanwhile, if it helps, ((((Sean))))
Oh, Seanie. The hopelessness sucks so badly. I have some strategies that are helping me, let me know if you are curious. I love you. We all love you. We love you when you cannot love yourself. You are held.
uh, smonster, I think I forgot to call you this morning. I remember turning off the alarm at 3am and going downstairs, intending to set the alarm in the kitchen, and then I think I fell asleep on the couch. Sorry about that!
Hee. You did. S'cool.
Smonster, thanks for posting the dbt links. It's really good stuff.
