First week of work is long and tiring. But the neat thing is, with this 70-80 hour work week, I'm racking up a week and a half of comp time off. A novel concept for me. Actually tracked time off for too many hours worked. Sweet.

I have a huge smile on my face.
Niki actually answered the phone in her room in the ICU today. She is doing even better than anyone expected. They were able to do the operation laproscopically, and in 1.5 hours, rather than the 4 previously predicted.
Her biggest complaint is that she has an ichy rash!
My relief is immense.

Dear doG, I am so tired I can barely see straight and I have a whole bunch of odd video things to troubleshoot once I can get back into the theatre at 10 PM. Currently I'm eating a quick meal and doing laundry, and am also planning on calling my sister.
