We went house-hunting on Monday. By Tuesday evening, we realised there were three houses we wanted to view a second time, and booked ourselves into another hotel. This morning we saw the three properties, picked one, and have just had the offer accepted. *collapse*

Thanks! We're hoping to have the keys by the end of June or early July. There's decorating to be done and I'm keen to get it sorted before I start the PhD in September.
