Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Yesterdays's wind put all the leaves in a neat pile next to the green bin. Despite the fact that this chore is easier then it was going to be yesterday, i still am not doing it.

IOexcitingdomesticN, the cat woke up from his nap and did not sneeze. I am taking this as a good sign that his cold is improving. Being a cat , he is now sleeping again.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Oops. Boy did I step in it. My old roomie from college had a Facebook post about status update "in a relationship", and I thought it was a "oops, i forgot to check this box that I am married", and was I trying to be cute and say "does Missy know about it". Forgetting that there is drama right now in that household, cheating somewhere, not sure who/what/where.

Ugg. I need more sleep and less work.

Oh dear.

[link] My sister is thrilled that Sayulita is listed as #1 place to retire in the world (according to this newsrag's rating system) since she has three rental flats there (all inquiries welcome) but isn't it pretty bad newsletter writing if NONE of the locales is identified in the piece? I recognize Sayulita and am curious about the other four but not enough to look harder for names or links. Or actually subscribe to find out.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Not if they want you to pay money for the whole article. It's teaser copy. Just enough to get your interest. Or, in this case, retirees interest. A pretty picture and just enough info to get your attention but not enough that you can figure out where it is without subscribing (unless, of course, you recognize a picture) to their newsletter.

Of course if that piece is written by the Sayulita Commission, it's crap. Because it doesn't tell you where to visit.

So I guess my answer depends.
