I keep reading "The Maybe Parliament".
Yeah. So do the British public. (We still don't have a government, in case anyone wanted to know. Am wondering what I can get away with today, since no one's in charge.)
Wishing a better Tuesday than Monday to smonster, Barb and Pix, and anyone else who needs a good Tuesday.
Yay for possible great job, Hil!

"Anarchy! Anarchy! I don't know what it means but I like it!" - kids in Talladega Nights
Good morning. I got up at 6:30, thanks to Zen with an assist from brenda, made it to work just fine, had my unpleasant mea culpa with my boss (direct quote from her - "I don't know what to say to you anymore" - uggh), and am focusing on one thing at a time, doing triage.
Wishing a better day to all my beloved Buffistas. Thank you all for your support.
I am having a similarly crappy Monday but am trying to think positive.
Monday can kiss my ass. Tuesday has an opportunity to rise in the organization if it can manage to not walk into philosophical doorframes or spill coffee on itself.
Monday redeemed itself when Emeline peed on the floor of the shady CraigsLister.
I was mortified until I found it fucking high-larious.
I should also note that we apologized profusely and cleaned the bathroom where it happened. We aren't total DB's.
Hah to Emeline or Hah that Joe and and I aren't total DB's? Hee.
I'm much happier thinking about the apology and cleaning as something you did for Em's character development, rather than for the benefit of the Craig's Listers of ill repute.
Em totally should have gone potty before her and Joe left home and it's something we need to push harder on because this is not the first time that she has been caught in a situation where she had to pee, decided to hold it instead, and then wet her pants somewhere public.
I'm sensing a certain amount of "doesn't want to miss anything" there.
