They should film that story and show it every Christmas.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I found my W-2. That's a good start. Now to do the actual taxes.

Is there a right way to walk through a door while using crutches, when it's the kind of door that swings shut if you don't hold it open?
Dunno if it's the right way, but this is what I do. Mind you, I use forarm crutches. So if you got the wooden ones, it might be a bit different. Basically I use the crutch as a pivot point, so I can yank the door open, then, quick as a bunny I put the crutch down as a door peg to keep it open. As if taking a step. Then step thru the doorway. Depending on the door, sometimes the bottom of the crutch gets caught under the door, and either requires a slight rotation to free it, or a slight push/punch of the knuckles to push the door off of the crutch tip. Hope that helps!

Hil, that was for the pull direction. For push, very similar, only push and plop stick to keep door open, and make sure you clear the door before you release the stick from being a door prop.

So, apparently, as an ass woman, I should consider career change as a baseball scout.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

What can you learn from staring at a baseball player's butt?

Well, that was kind of a tease. I was hoping for pictures.

Oh, bloody hell. TurboTax has changed their free e-file guidelines and now my AGI is too high. Anyone got a rec for another good free e-file company? H&R Block work well? I meet their criteria.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

smonster, we've used TaxAct. It works, but is not the world's most sophisticated thing. But it works and is free.

Good luck with the taxes, smonster. And anybody else in the U.S. who has procrastinated.
