Does anybody else miss the Mayor? 'I just want to be a big snake.'

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

as in I'm not sure he has had a safe place to sleep for a few days.

I'm so happy for you, little one. You have found your home. You have two humans who will love you, keep you safe, give you good food, and take the best possible care of you. Rest now. Rest well, and soon you can tell your new humans your name.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Yaaaaay for marital bliss. I am awake but sober. several hours of gardening to come, then swimming, then we shall see. Tomorrow night is a work-related banquet (in honor of telecommunicators appreciation week or somesuch) and i don't have to work and there's an open bar so i will be so there.

The neighbor's cat is sitting on my front porch, taunting my indoor cats. They are all in a tizzy and i am tempted to let them outside and unleash them on uppity neighbor cat, ya know, in order to protect their turf. Sadly, i suspect that they would just spend several hours sniffing the front stairs and not scare off the neighbor's cat at all.

Thrive to spite them

I have a cat question.

I was putting the flea prevention on Maddie and I didn't get her at the base of the skull, it got on the side of her neck where she can lick it. Do I need to be worried and wash it off?

She and Dean bathe each other all the time so I'm not sure if they've ingested this stuff before.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

pink

What foundation do you use?

I've been using Aromaleigh's mineral powder in 2N, with a bit of 1N mixed in (so, like, 1.75N). It's pink enough to match me but neutral enough to tone down the pink, because, like I said, I get excessively pink at the drop of a hat.

I picked up the Hello Flawless last week, still need to grab the eye stuff. I can't believe I'm almost 40 and a complete make up novice. I need a mentor. Volunteers?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Okay, I'm perusing Aromaleigh's site, and I'm impressed. I'll be buying some samples and we'll see if I've finally found Makeup Nirvana.

I'm getting the pig!

Happy happy wedded bliss to you both, Erin!!

Aw, beth, I'm so happy No Name Orange Boy has you and Matt to look after him and give him access to a couch so he can finally get some deep sleep.

Part of my difficulty in finding one, I know, is my reluctance to shell out cash for something that likely won't be right and can't be returned.

Zenkitty - I am quite pale and pink and I've been using Everyday Minerals for years now. AND you can try them free!
