Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Aaaaaarrrrggghhhh.

While doing one of those chores that don't take long to do, just don't wanna, and procrastinate forever (hanging clothes up), a song pops in my head. Why? Look at me I'm Sandra D, of all songs. GET IT OUT MY HEAD!!!!!

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

My spelt bread is not great. Haven't perfected that recipe yet. It's all right for toast though.

Yes, the above is the most interesting thing going on in my life at the moment. Except for my sister being about to have her second sprog. But she was two weeks late last time, so I'm not putting any bets down on the date.

I'd come to a Hawaii F2F! Could totally persuade The Girl for Hawaii.

Shir, sorry to hear it's not going to work out with datee. But the dream was freaky.

omnis - heh. I'll get it out of your head. "There are worst things I could do than go with a boy or two - even though the neighborhood thinks I'm trashy and no good..."

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Buffista F2F in Hawaii! :)

Hey! I have an idea! They have islands there, right? There's got to be a spare one somewhere. When we all win the lottery and/or inherit millions from previously unknown rich uncles, we can have Buffista Island there.

Our wings are not tired.

Buffista Island in Hawaii works for me. I've never been there. It seems very far away. Someday.

Super buried in work. Missing you guys.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

The DPW is drilling to fix the water problem, and I haven't even had my tea yet.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

For some reason, I'm awake early today on a day when I don't have to be awake early. I should probably go in and do some work, but I've got to stay at the office late today, and I'll probably be exhausted by then if I start this early.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Trying to talk him into moving to NOLA with me so we can start a deconstruction job training program.

Oh my, HELL to the YES. I wouldn't know what to do with the total adorableness of you both! Except sigh dreamily. Separate and/or together.

On that front, I have told my mother and my grandmother about our plans to make this move, and they are even somewhat supportive! This is SO GOING TO HAPPEN. Just a question of when.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

We'll come over after a long day at the nonprofit and you can ply us with drinks and pub food while we trade stories about negotiating NOLA bureaucracy! Can I count on you to stock some spicy good ginger beer?

EXCELLENT. My parents have somewhat seriously offered to drive a moving van full of my crap down, and then take the train back. It's all coming together.
