I should think it's possible, after all, a large woman such as myself gets a similar effect from eating a single can of beets. Sure the beets are a lot more red, but eventually the effect of the strawberry redness will accumulate. But Cash is right, if it doesn't go away or develops further symptoms, it's time for actual expert medical opinion. Erm... further symptoms excluding the expected digestive effects of scarfing that much fresh fruit.
