That's not what making out sounds like -- unless I'm doing it wrong?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Just blowing off steam verbally. It's not an organized movement.

Yes. There were a few of us that had not-so-great days at work, and needed to get the crap out of our systems. My apologies to those that were offended.

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

I'm sorry, but if you were truly offended by that, it's been a while since you were offended properly.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

I'm deliberating about Datee. 90% of me are going nay, but the 10% of me, who is constantly reminding myself that I set up my gut instinct years ago on "protecting yourself" wrt romantic relationships and missing a hell of a wonderful guy years ago (met him yesterday with his long-time girlfriend for 5 minutes. We still talk the same and completing each other's sentences. Then again, that wasn't the situation when we were dating), are questioning it.

But I guess that it's not a good sign that he always calls when I can't or really don't want to answer the phone. But I do know that I don't have the time to convince myself to fall for someone.

I think I need a second date to see if there's something there that's worth hold on to. I really need to want the guy back for something to happen, right? Because that's how it's supposed to work. I think.

Thank you for listening to the ramblings in my mind while trying to make sense of a ridiculous thing. Unfortunately, you won't get back that time.

ION, it's time to switch to another browser. Firefox decided I don't need few things, including seeing the correction suggestions to the spelling mistakes I'm making or switching between tabs in less than 5 seconds. Any suggestions?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I like Chrome (Google's browser), Shir.

Thanks, Nora.

And... umm, guys? Dog owner guys, past and present?

Did your dog ever showed signs to like vinegar? I was cleaning the carpet, and Lou started licking it. And went for the bowl which contained it.

Weirdness.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Shir, the point of a date is to get to know someone. You can't do it one date. Or at least that is rare -- esp if you know one of you is protective of your heart. Besides, you did like him well enough to think maybe a friend.

Chemistry is a weird thing. DH and I have know each other since 2nd grade. other people knew we had moved from friends to more than friends before we did. And there was that one guy in college - there was chemistry , but we never dated, because there e were so many places I thought he was just wrong.

You're right. I guess I'm a bit concerned beacuse he now seems more eager to meet again ASAP than I.

I have loved the stars too fondly to be fearful of the night.

Re: word choice on EW - defy! Thank you-I can now ponder other things like why I thought it was a good idea to book a 6:00 a.m. flight on a Saturday morning

Re: 24 - not surprisingly, Katee Sackhoff IS the double-agent which actually explains quite a bit (like how she was able to get hired without someone noticing that her application contained a few fabrications) but doesn't make her character any less annoying.

Re: my move - I'm moving from a Houston suburb to the Oregon coast because Google told me that was where I should live (really, truly - my daughter did a Google search with parameters I gave her and Astoria was at the top of the search results) hence the 6:00 a.m. flight.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That's awesome, lcat. I hope this move is wonderful for you!

All is well that ends in pizza.

You could reset all your preferences in Firefox to see if it will let you set them up again:

ETA: Also, what version of Firefox?
