Well that, and you might actually consider having children if you don't think prenatal care, delivery and post-natal and health care for your kids is going to ruin you financially.

Also, women with regular access to health care can be healthier. Seeing a pregnancy through might be a bit more appealing when you're not as worried about dying or ending up permanently disabled at the end of it.
