[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know - he's huge. The Sham Rocker T is size 6 mo!
EVERY time I see that kid, I gasp and squeal (sometimes even out loud) at the KYOOOOOOTE!!! He makes me smile every time.
He's too cute, Glam. He is cute-hogging.

cute baby!!!!
My dying cat, just chased a squirrel in he back yard. even though he has very shaky legs when he walks.
Oh beth, I know. My dying dog is unbelievably happy (which doesn't relate by any chance to my levels of anxiety), and loving, and hanging out, and eats now more than ever. If it wasn't for apparent change of behavior (it's like he's a broken record on "I'm happy!". I wish it would have made more sense to it, but it's not his usual) and a deadly, obvious tumor (I can hardly look at his left side of his head), I'd say he's fine.
My biggest fear is that he'll be in pain or will die suddenly in pain and agony while none of us is there. We all agreed that we won't let it happen, but we can't control anything.
Cutie Shane!
I just got back from Whole Foods. Probably not the best idea, since it's expensive and I have to take a cab there and back and doing as much walking as I need to do to get through the store hurts, but, well. OK. There's a new frozen vegan macaroni and cheese that everybody has said is incredibly good, and it's been out for a few months now and I haven't tried it yet, and Whole Foods is the only place around here that sells it. I got a bunch of other stuff while I was there, too. Anybody know why I bought a head of cabbage? I have no idea what I planned to do with it.
Cabbage soup! Stir fried. Coleslaw. Mmmm cabbage.

My new fave thing with cabbage is to shred it really thin, like coleslaw thin, and then saute it with soy sauce, mirin (or other sweet wine like marsala) and fresh grated ginger. It goes really well with a seared tuna steak, for those meat eaters among us, but I imagine that a good marinated tofu would compliment as well.
