Spike: Heard what happened up top, offing your dad and all. Don't know if you know this, but, uh…I killed my mum. Actually, I'd already killed her, and then she tried to shag me, so I had to-- Wesley: Thank you. I'm…very comforted.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Job~ma, Kristin, and health~ma, Hil.

{{{beth and Matt and Andy}}} I know how hard that is. Unless I knew that something that's gonna make it easier for my dog is on its way, I wouldn't let it last more than 48-72 hours. I keep battling myself, thinking if I'm too sissy to watch him struggle. I'm glad this isn't just my decision, but I'm more towards the "let's end it while he's still eating, in mild pain and not in spasm". My point is to minimize pain for all involved. Not that I believe for a second that I'm discussing this or thinking about this, of course.

And Daniel and WindSparrow.... so much ~ma. {{}}

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

For me, it's about letting them go peacefully before the pains of life outweigh the joys. And, really, I'd hope for the same for me. The hard part is figuring out those lines. I am not looking forward to the tough decisions.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I am not looking forward to the tough decisions.

Dallas and I have discussed this at length. We're going for "brief not-so-painful illness." She knows the rules.

For me I'd like a little warning and enough physical strength to run around playing with EVERY ILLEGAL DRUG EVAH. Imma find me an opium den.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Thanks for the ~ma fr my mom, everyone.

I just hope losing her second love doesn't break her. She's a very strong person, but being so sick already, she needs strength to fight off her own illness.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Awww. I got back home early so the dog won't be left along, and I got the old version of himself back: happy, jumping-on-me-to-get-petted, barking-at-other-dogs barking's dog.

I don't want to delude myself or anything, but I now appreciate every single second that he's like that. Seems like he's not in too much pain at the moment, or at all.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Yay for every little blessedly happy moment with these beloved animals!
