Whatever happened to the still beating heart of a virgin? No one has any standards anymore.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I will say, that though we don't get to hang out much, we'd miss you.

I do want to stick up for Dallas though, because I don't think you have really had time to explore the city. It was many years before I learned about all the cool stuff here. I'm still learning more everyday. And I think we have a pretty strong arts community here.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

And the feeling of abandonment of current job.

Tough noogies for them. It's an admirable feeling, but you need to do what's best for you.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I had a very interesting dream guest starring an adorable buffista.

So... Pete?

Omnis, ping me and I'll email you a decision making strategy that has been helpful for me, if you are interested. Not job specific.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

It almost makes me want to buy a Mac. MacBook Book Cover

BookBook is a one-of-a-kind, hardback leather case designed exclusively for MacBook and MacBook Pro. Available in Classic Black or Vibrant Red, BookBook brings three levels of security to your prized Mac. First, the hardback cover and spine provide solid protection from the rigors of the road. Second, the vintage book design disguises MacBook for superior security. And third, the stylish case protects you from being like everyone else because BookBook is totally original, just like you.

(except for everyone else who orders it, but whatever)

Now tagless for your comfort.

So... Pete?

Funny you should ask. It was YOU!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I just got an email that I got another phone interview. I'm going to look into this interview coach thing.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Best of luck, Hil! The interview coach sounds like a good idea.

I'm heading off in a bit to babysit for an 18 month old with an ear infection who is hopped up on pregnazone, and yet I am still looking forward to it.

Our wings are not tired.

So... Pete?

Ha! I assumed Pete too, but smonster, quite adorable. I think we need details.

I didn't know interview coaches existed, although it makes sense. Anything to improve the odds makes sense to me.

sj, better you than me. You are a brave woman.

I'm home again today with swollen glands and sore throat. My BIL brought me a concoction made of ginger, cinnamon, and red pepper to drink, and fresh coconut oil to rub on the outside of my throat. He's a doll.
