I just came back from my first power yoga class in two years.

I was sweating from places I didn't know I COULD sweat.

But you know what the best part was? For the first time in two years I was able to really physically exert myself without feeling as if I was going to pass out, without stars flying in front of my eyes or feeling as if my heart was going to explode out of my chest.

I believe we can call the anemia under control. Now I just need to not overdo it and make myself sick again.

Artistic Observation: The naked scene is a) the most painful and awful thing and b) the girl is nudie too. How does this never get mentioned?

Purient Observation: The theater was cold.

chores - i do most, but than I am home. I never tell DH to help, but he isn't allowed to complain because all he has to do is clean. He is better at cleaning in the kitchen and he can cook .
