Laga, I recall hearing stories. But what I heard was nationals of Iraq and Afghanistan were the ones pointing fingers and turning folks in. They were given a finders fee/bounty of some such from the coalition of the willing. But I can't say with certainty.
Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Laga, there is one very specific instance of this: An Afghan guerilla comander turned in an innocent Afghan taxi driver named Dilawar over to the US military. Dilawar was subequently detained at Bagram Prison where he was systematically interrogated, beaten and tortured. He died in US custody. His death certficate, signed by a US military pathologist listed his cause of death as homicide. The guerilla responsible for Dilawar's arrest was subsequently arrested for bombing Camp Salerno. He had turned over innocent "suspects" to the US Military to both throw suspicion off himself and to win the trust of his US allies.
I saw that movie, too, Cash...good, but dispiriting.

To say the least, erika. It sucks.
I have a rash on my face, I'm exhausted and I'm losing a lot of hair. Someone tell me not to google symptoms of lupus.
Don't worry, it's never lupus... (/House)
Heh. That makes me feel better!
I read this a bit ago:
According to court records, an employee at Riverview Elementary School in Memphis reported a drunk woman armed with a sword was running through the halls of the school and had threatened to cut her.
Some people can't do Buffista right. Drinking comes after swordplay with school officials, lady.
The Vicodin helped everything except my left hip. I don't know why those nerves are resisting.
Hil, clearly your hip needs to meet up with Locutus, who will inform those nerves, that resistance if futile.
