These are stone killers, little man. They ain't cuddly like me.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Two suggestions for improving nap time: 1) inject feline DNA into nap subjects; followed by 2) introducing sunbeams into the napping area.

ETA: Sunbeams are a powerful enough nap motivator for the feline DNA that it even redirects the subjects from the topic of snacks.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Seize the moment. One cannot step nap in the same river sunbeam twice.

Because books.

I will happily nap for science. Or, you know, nothing.

Harvey is working to distill sunbeams into vibes that can travel the interpipes for Andy.

Mostly lurking...

Oh, Jessica. My heart is just aching for you guys. I am so very, very sorry.

Beth, much love to you guys too. Hang in there.

I felt a little cruel putting sj in charge of nap today, but my boss was in and needed to meet with me... She lived to tell the story, though! And one kid even fell asleep. That's pretty amazing!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Stop talking about naps! I'm falling aszzzzzzzzzz

Trust my rage

Did you get the job where you hoped you'd be able to commute?

No, I actually have not heard from them. I'm assuming they are interviewing others and liked me enough to not want to cut me loose, but might prefer someone else. But I had a client who had a hearing 2.5 hours south of here at 8:30 am. That's why I was up so early. Their hearing went really well - I always feel a little uncomfortable getting too detailed, but yesterday went a long way towards resolving their legal problems. And since they are two teenagers with no parents, it made me very happy.

Our wings are not tired.

Oh, okay. I don't ever skim so would have been surprised if I hadn't remembered such a momentous event.

Good to hear you were able to help the orphaned teens!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I had another dirty dream about Hugh Laurie.
