[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Fuck. I'm so sorry, Jessica. Holding you and yours in my thoughts.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

beth, I am so sorry about Andy Cat. I hope some of WindSparrow's suggestions can work.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I have been put in charge of nap time. I think the trick is staying awake in the dark room with lullabys playing.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

I think the trick is staying awake in the dark room with lullabys playing.

A trick I have yet to master, three years and change in.

Trust my rage

Still Go To Sleep When The Baby Does, Even Though She's So Not A Baby Anymore

I do this too, but yesterday morning, I had to get up at 5 for work. When it came to bedtime, I was exhausted and fell asleep as soon as it was Ellie's bedtime. I didn't wake up again until 5:30, which is amazing for me. It makes me realize that I would probably sleep better if I stayed up a bit later.

Our wings are not tired.

Stephanie, I think I am really out of it. Did you get the job where you hoped you'd be able to commute?

The kids are completely uninterested in napping.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I volunteer to nap in their place.
