Although looking at it now in the "Closed Threads" area, it was reopened then closed again for discussion of the last Harry Potter book.

Sparky, I too have no book groups currently, and I can't believe it's been over 4 years now. Going from 3 down to none at all has made me v sad and lonely. But they were a hard act to follow. If your profile addy (ooh, lookit Solange with the lingo!) is good, I'll send D's email to you.

The Polytechnic High School on Frederick Street, across from Kezar Stadium?

Yes, the same one. Home football games were played at Kezar, before the fancy remodel. The girls' gym was the one on the east side, the boys' was on the west. The main body of the school is now condos. The stoners hung out on Carl Street and the thugs on Frederick. The best thing I can say about high school is that at least it wasn't junior high.

Dude! Any idea when you'll be down this way again? Around the holidays, maybe? WE SHALL MAKE PLANS.

Probably not for Christmas; too much family drama surrounding my sister's wedding. But maybe early next year? I've been more or less planning on going to NC to see People, so I might roll that in.
