Angel: Yeah, I never told anyone about this, but I-I liked your poems. Spike: You like Barry Manilow.

'Hell Bound'

Delurking 1: Because we don't always check our e-mail.

“Not dead yet!”

This is fun. Come on out, lurkers! We don't bite! (Much.)

We do nibble fairly frequently. Usually along with a grope or twelve.

The longer I stay awake tonight, the more time I have before tomorrow begins.

DO NOT EAT ME, NORA DEIRDRE. I AM UNDERCOOKED TODAY AND WILL MAKE YOU FRO UP.

Non-cannibals: Hello. Thank you for not eating me. I do not mind the occasional nibble as long as you avoid ticklish spots.

Not sure about groping. Will you still respect me tomorrow?

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Hi Abby! We've got the coasts of Canada covered, but where are the inlanders?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Ice! Welcome! You are the most lurkingest person so far, as I have never seen you before. But you're rocking the all-caps, so you can stay.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I think I can also claim semi-lurker status.

I don't know if I can count you as a lurker if I've sent you a Secret Santa present.

I'm David, known locally as Hec. I live in San Francisco with my wife (JZ, who posts here), and my two children Emmett (13, from my first marriage) and Matilda (3), with JZ. I was an Air Force brat and grew up in Oregon and (mostly) Florida. I went to college in Ohio (Kenyon College) and have also lived in Boston and LA.

I'm a writer and I've published three books, all on music. I've also written magazine articles and web content. I was a magazine editor with Fantagraphics back in the 80s.

I've mostly supported myself, however, working in some kind of admin position in law offices and am currently looking to transition from underemployed to employed.

I've been a Buffista since the second TT thread. I post in Natter, Bitches, Music, Movies, Literary, Cable and Comedy.

Aside from my interest in music, I'm an avid baseball fan, and coached my son's Little League team for the last five years.

I don't want to hear about how cute your cat is and I take a hardline muffeletta position. (No Justice! No Peace! No Olives! No Muffeletta!)

B.org is my online home. If I'm online there's a 99% chance that I've got a tab open for B.org. I have many close friends here on the board and have met many Buffistas F2F.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

DO NOT EAT ME, NORA DEIRDRE. I AM UNDERCOOKED TODAY AND WILL MAKE YOU FRO UP.

Always Anti-fascist!

Hi.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

So fun reading everyone's mini-bios! I am Scrappy (or you can call me Robin). I have been here forever and flit from thread to thread posting at will.

I live in North Hollywood with my adorable husband and two cats and two dogs in a house we are slowly fixing up and which I spend an inordinate amount of time thinking about. I work as HR manager at a cool company which does captioning for TV programs. I also write plays and sometimes teach writing.

And I loves me some Buffistas.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I'm Cass. My superpower is lighting water on fire. I live in the PNW and, at various times, try to lure more Buffistas here.

Oh and Threads Where I Might Be - Bitches, Natter, Music when we do mini-bandom takeovers (the break's over), Supernatural and wherever fancy or links take me.
